Riley Power Inc. offers High Energy Piping inspections and walk downs.  Hot and cold walkdowns of the piping hangers is critical and should be done on an annual basis. During outages welds and welded components in the various high energy piping systems should be inspected and tested. Riley can assist in laying out plans associated with the weld inspections. The testing and inspection approaches vary based on the piping materials.

Boiler Tube Company of America has a state-of-the-art high frequency spiral finning machine. The machine supplied by JTC Inc. has many world class features with a broad range of capabilities.

BTA has also improved fabrication capacities through installation of several heavy lift overhead cranes. The finning and assembly areas can handle completed assembles up to 80,000 pounds. This machine has internal inline belt sanders to insure all material is in consistent acceptable condition for welding as well as automatic anti-rust coating capabilities applied after welding to help prevent corrosion. After fabrication, tubes will be prepped for shipment either as single element tubes or as mentioned large assembled components.

Imtec’s HRSG doors are available for all sections of the HRSG. The HRSG door must withstand high operating and excursion gas temperatures. Therefore, on HRSG doors the inner side insulation pan is closely matched to the liner thickness to minimize flow disruption.

Equipped with high efficiency insulation supported by interior shelves and all contained in a protective insulation pan which, for flexibility and heat expandability, is made with slots and in movable sections from heat resistant steel.
